HiSmart NV821808 elosztódoboz egypólusú 400A

Unipolar junction box HiSmart NV821808 rated for 400 A. Designed as a single‑pole connection point for high‑current systems, it provides a protective enclosure for cable terminations and simplifies wiring organization in electrical distribution panels. The transparent cover allows visual inspection of the cable connections while the PA (nylon) flame‑retardant body and plated brass terminals ensure insulation, mechanical strength and reliable conductivity. The unit is intended for installation on a DIN rail and is suitable for use in solar, battery storage and other high‑current installations.

Advantages

The junction box supports nominal currents up to 400 A and voltages up to AC/DC 690–1000 V AIEC. Its transparent cover enables quick verification of connections without disassembly. The body is made of V0 UL94 flame‑retardant PA nylon, providing thermal resistance and strong insulation. Brass‑plated terminals offer good conductivity, mechanical durability and corrosion resistance. Compact dimensions and DIN‑rail mounting simplify integration into electrical panels.

Suitable for

• Solar photovoltaic system DC combiner and distribution
• Battery storage and inverter DC connections
• High‑current single‑pole distribution in control and distribution panels
• Industrial electrical installations requiring DIN‑rail mounted junctions

Key specifications

• Nominal current: 400 A
• Voltage: AC/DC 690–1000 V AIEC
• Cable cross‑section ranges: 1× 95–185 mm² / 2× 6–35 mm² / 5× 2.5–16 mm² / 4× 2.5–10 mm²
• Terminals: brass plated
• Body material: PA (nylon), flame retardant, UL94 V0
• Mounting: DIN rail
• Dimensions: 49 × 95 × 49 mm

How to use

Mount the junction box on a standard DIN rail inside the electrical panel. Route and strip cables to the recommended cross‑section sizes, insert conductors into the appropriate terminal positions and fasten the screws to secure connections. After wiring, close the transparent cover to protect connections from dust and to allow visual inspection without disassembly. Observe polarity and system voltage ratings when installing in DC circuits.

Recommendations

Use suitable torque settings for terminal screws and verify tightness after initial energization. Ensure cable sizes and insulation types match the specified cross‑section ranges. Install the junction box in a dry, ventilated enclosure and comply with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
