Menedzselt L2+ Gigabit Ethernet switch Grandstream GWN7803P

The Grandstream GWN7803P is a managed L2+ Gigabit Ethernet switch with 24 Gigabit RJ-45 ports and Power over Ethernet (PoE) support. Designed for small-to-medium enterprises, it delivers a switching capacity of 56 Gbit/s and includes 4 SFP slots for uplink flexibility. The switch complies with multiple IEEE networking standards and provides centralized management through Grandstream's GWN.Cloud and GWN Manager platforms.

Advantages

The GWN7803P offers managed L2+ feature set for VLANs, QoS and traffic control, combined with PoE on its Gigabit ports to power devices such as access points and IP phones. Its 56 Gbit/s switching capacity and 4 SFP modules enable stable high-throughput performance and flexible fiber or copper uplink options. Centralized management via GWN.Cloud and GWN Manager simplifies configuration, monitoring and firmware updates.

Suitable for

• Small and medium-sized business network cores
• PoE deployments for IP phones, wireless access points and cameras
• Environments needing managed VLANs and QoS
• Networks requiring fiber uplinks or aggregated links via SFPs

How to use

Mount the GWN7803P in a rack or place it on a stable surface, connect uplink interfaces via the SFP slots or Gigabit RJ-45 ports, and attach endpoint devices to the Gigabit PoE ports. Access the switch through its management interface locally or add it to Grandstream's GWN.Cloud or GWN Manager for centralized configuration. Configure VLANs, QoS and PoE settings according to your network design, then monitor status and performance through the management platform.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, distribute PoE power budget according to connected devices' requirements, use quality SFP modules for fiber uplinks, and segregate traffic using VLANs and QoS policies. Regularly apply firmware updates via GWN.Cloud or GWN Manager and monitor port statistics to detect and resolve issues early.
