ACT CAT6 U/UTP sodrott patchkábel 100 m elefántcsont

ACT CAT6 U/UTP stranded patch cable on a 100 m reel in ivory (beige) is designed for producing CAT6 patch cords. The cable uses AWG24 conductors and a stranded construction to provide flexibility while supporting high-speed data transfer for home and office networks.

Advantages

The stranded AWG24 conductor construction offers increased flexibility compared with solid core cables, simplifying handling and termination during patch cord production. U/UTP (unshielded) design is suitable for typical LAN environments where no additional shielding is required. The 100 m reel format enables efficient cut-to-length production and reduces waste when making custom-length patch cords.

Suitable for

• Manufacturing custom CAT6 patch cords
• Home networking installations
• Office LAN cabling and device connections
• Applications requiring flexible patch leads

Key specifications

• Cable length: 100 m
• Cable type: CAT6 U/UTP stranded
• Conductor size: AWG24, stranded
• Pair configuration: twisted pairs (Blue/White Blue, Orange/White Orange, Green/White, Brown/White Brown)
• Colour: Ivory (Beige)
• Brand: ACT, MPN: EP840H, EAN: 8716065136524

How to use

Cut the cable from the reel to the required length, strip the outer jacket and untwist the pairs only as much as needed for termination. Terminate using compatible RJ45 connectors designed for stranded CAT6 cables and follow standard wiring schemes (e.g., T568A or T568B). Test each produced patch cord with a cable tester to verify continuity and pairing before deployment.

Recommendations

For best results, store the reel in a dry environment and avoid sharp bends or kinks during handling. Use connectors and tools rated for stranded CAT6 to ensure reliable terminations and maintain signal performance.
