Why choose it

Unlike traditional keypads or remote controls, Ajax Tags eliminate the risk of code theft or forgotten PINs. Each tag uses AES-128 encryption and mutual authentication, making it virtually impossible to clone. The tags are also incredibly easy to manage: add or remove tags in seconds through the Ajax app, and assign individual names for activity tracking. With a pack of 10, you can cover all keyholders in one purchase.

Ideal use cases

• Arming and disarming Ajax hubs in homes, offices, or retail spaces
• Providing temporary access to cleaning staff, dog walkers, or contractors
• Creating a backup access method in case a smartphone is unavailable
• Simplifying daily routines for elderly or less tech-savvy users

Good to know

Ajax Tags are passive devices—they draw power from the hub's reader field, so there are no batteries to replace. They are built to withstand daily handling and operate reliably in temperatures from -10°C to +40°C. For optimal performance, keep tags away from strong magnetic fields and metal surfaces. Each tag measures 45 x 32 x 6 mm and weighs just 7 g, making it easy to attach to a keyring or lanyard.
