Ajtó-/ablakszenzor ABUS MK1010W

The ABUS MK1010W is a wired door/window sensor designed for integration with alarm and access control systems. Its compact ABS housing and low-profile dimensions (11 mm width, 48 mm depth, 12 mm height) make it suitable for discreet installation on door frames and window sashes. The sensor is intended for 24 V wired installations and provides a reliable contact input for monitoring open/closed states in residential and commercial security setups.

Advantages

The MK1010W offers a small form factor that minimizes visual impact while providing robust ABS construction for mechanical durability. Its wired 24 V operation ensures stable power delivery without batteries, reducing maintenance needs. The device’s simple contact output is compatible with a wide range of alarm panels and access control systems, enabling predictable and consistent performance in typical security installations.

Suitable for

• Monitoring doors and windows in homes and apartments
• Integration with wired alarm control panels
• Access control systems requiring a door status input
• Commercial premises where permanent wired sensors are preferred

Key specifications

• Housing material: ABS plastic
• Power supply: 24 V wired
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 11 mm × 48 mm × 12 mm
• Type: Wired magnetic/contact door/window sensor
• Mounting: Surface mountable on frames or sashes

How to use

Mount the sensor body and the matching magnet on the fixed frame and the moving leaf respectively, aligning them so the gap is within manufacturer tolerances. Connect the sensor’s wires to the alarm panel or access controller input intended for door/window contacts, observing correct polarity if required by the receiving device. Supply the unit with a stable 24 V source as specified for the system. After connection, test the input in both open and closed positions to confirm correct signaling to the control system.

Recommendations

Install the MK1010W where the sensor and magnet remain within the recommended alignment distance; avoid locations exposed to mechanical strain or direct weather without additional protection. Use the sensor with compatible 24 V wired systems and verify compatibility with your alarm or access control panel prior to installation. Periodically inspect mounting and wiring for secure fixation and correct operation.
