Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Full Copper X-Flow radiátor

The Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Full Copper X-Flow radiator is a high-performance cooling component designed for custom liquid-cooled PC systems. Constructed with a combination of copper, brass and steel, the XT45 uses dense full-copper cooling channels and a 45 mm thickness to deliver efficient heat transfer. Its black finish and 140 mm fan compatibility make it suitable for compact and high-airflow builds where effective thermal management is required.

Advantages

The full-copper construction improves thermal conductivity compared with mixed-material cores, supporting faster heat dissipation from coolant to radiator fins. The 45 mm profile balances cooling capacity and installation space, allowing strong cooling performance without excessive thickness. Compatibility with 140 mm fans provides flexibility in fan selection and airflow tuning. The black surface finish provides corrosion protection and integrates visually with most builds.

Suitable for

• Custom liquid-cooled gaming PCs with 140 mm fan mounts
• Workstation systems requiring stable GPU and CPU temperatures
• High-performance overclocked systems needing improved heat rejection
• Compact radiator mounts where a 45 mm thickness fits the chassis

Key specifications

• Type: Radiator for liquid cooling loops
• Material: Full copper core with brass and steel components
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 144 mm × 477 mm × 45 mm
• Compatible fan diameter: 140 mm
• Colour: Black
• Weight: 1.697 kg

How to use

Install the radiator in a compatible chassis or radiator mount using the appropriate 140 mm fan and mounting hardware. Connect the radiator to your liquid cooling loop following the cooling system layout: attach inlet and outlet fittings, secure tubing, and ensure proper flow direction. Fill the loop with the recommended coolant and perform a leak test before powering the system. Adjust fan speed and pump flow to achieve the desired balance between noise and cooling performance.

Recommendations

Position the Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 where it receives sufficient airflow; front, top or rear mounting locations will affect thermal performance. Use quality 140 mm fans with adjustable speed for tuning, and choose corrosion-inhibiting coolant compatible with copper components. Regularly inspect fittings and coolant levels and perform periodic cleaning of external fins to maintain optimal heat transfer.
