Axis 5900-171 ház és tartó

The AXIS 5900-171 housing & mount is a durable outdoor cabinet designed to protect surveillance equipment from dust, water and impact. Constructed from robust materials with high ingress and impact protection ratings, it supports modular installation and separates mains and low-voltage compartments to improve safety and serviceability while enabling reliable camera operation in demanding environments.

Advantages

The housing offers high protection against dust and high-pressure water jets as well as resistance to salt spray and external ice, ensuring long-term operation in harsh weather. Its impact-resistant construction provides protection against vandalism. The modular design and lightweight base simplify installation and maintenance, and optional mounting brackets allow wall, pole or corner installation. A pre-mounted DIN rail and the ability to split the inner compartment into mains and low-voltage sections improve safety and speed up installation workflows.

Suitable for

• Outdoor surveillance camera protection
• Installations requiring segregation of mains and low-voltage units
• Locations exposed to rain, dust, salt spray or vandalism

Use the pre-mounted DIN rail or molded DIN rail clips to secure compatible units. Adjust the door hinge pins if you need left- or right-hinged opening.

Recommendations

For installations involving mains power, ensure a certified electrician fits the mains components. Consider adding the optional electrical safety kit (surge protection, fuse and alarm-door switch) and choose the appropriate mounting bracket for pole, wall or corner installations to match the site conditions.
