Bosch csiszolótalp 2 609 256 B62

The Bosch 2 609 256 B62 sanding pad is a replacement accessory designed for use with compatible Bosch sanders. This single sanding pad offers a durable backing and an even contact surface to support consistent sanding and finishing tasks on wood, painted surfaces, and other materials. Supplied as one pad per pack, it fits Bosch models that accept this pad shape and fastening system and is intended to maintain sanding performance and surface quality during renovation, repair, or production work.

Advantages

The sanding pad provides uniform pressure distribution for smoother finishes and helps extend abrasive life by keeping the abrasive sheet flat against the workpiece. Constructed from resilient materials, the pad resists deformation under normal working conditions and maintains stable performance across repeated uses. Its design enables quick replacement and secure attachment, helping reduce downtime during sanding operations.

How to use

Attach the sanding pad to the sander according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the fastening system is properly engaged. Fit an appropriate abrasive sheet to the pad, matching grit selection to the task: coarse grits for material removal, medium grits for smoothing, and fine grits for finishing. Operate the sander with steady, even pressure and keep the pad moving to avoid creating dips or uneven areas. Inspect the pad and abrasive regularly and replace the pad when the backing becomes deformed or no longer provides uniform contact.

Recommendations

Use dust extraction or a vacuum connection where available to reduce airborne dust. Choose abrasives suitable for the material and maintain consistent sanding technique to achieve even results. Store the pad flat in a dry environment to prevent warping.
