Bosch Professional L-BOXX / L-Case pótzár, 1600A025A3 modell

Replacement latch for Bosch Professional L-BOXX / L-Case, model 1600A025A3 is an original Bosch spare part designed to restore the locking function of compatible L-BOXX storage cases. The part fits the original latch location and re-establishes secure closure and stable stacking. Intended for maintenance and repair, it helps prolong the service life of L-BOXX containers used to store and transport power tools, accessories and consumables.

Advantages

The replacement latch restores the original fastening mechanism, providing the same fit and function as the factory-installed component. Made to Bosch specifications, it ensures correct alignment, consistent latching force and reliable closure for safe transport. Replacing a worn or damaged latch prevents accidental opening, reduces the risk of lost tools and maintains proper stackability when several L-BOXX cases are joined.

Suitable for

• Repair of damaged or broken L-BOXX / L-Case latches
• Maintenance to restore secure closure of Bosch storage boxes
• Replacement during refurbishment of tool storage systems
• Ensuring safe transport and stacking of portable tool cases

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Bosch L-BOXX / L-Case series designed for professional tool storage
• Material: durable molded plastic with metal reinforcement at hinge points (as per manufacturer design)
• Function: locking and connecting mechanism for adjacent cases, restores closure and stack stability
• Mounting: designed for direct fit into original latch location on compatible cases

How to use

To replace the latch, open the L-BOXX and remove any contents near the latch area. Release any old fasteners and detach the damaged latch following the case’s existing mounting points. Fit the replacement latch by aligning it with the original mounting holes and secure it with the same fasteners or the ones supplied, ensuring correct orientation and smooth movement. Verify that the latch engages and releases cleanly and test closure and stacking with another case to confirm proper connection.

Recommendations

Use original Bosch replacement parts to maintain intended fit and safety. Inspect latches periodically for wear, keep mounting points clean from debris, and avoid forcing the latch if it does not align — check mounting alignment and fasteners before use.
