CD-R MediaRange MR204 700 MB 52x 100 db

The MediaRange MR204 CD-R is a recordable compact disc designed for reliable data storage and audio recording. Each disc provides 700 MB of capacity and supports writing speeds up to 52x. This pack contains 100 CD-Rs supplied in a cakebox for compact, stackable storage and easy handling. The discs conform to standard CD-R format and are compatible with most CD writers and standalone CD recorders that support CD-R media.

Advantages

The 700 MB capacity accommodates typical data backups, software distribution, audio albums and mixed media projects without the need for compression. A 52x maximum write speed enables relatively fast recording sessions when used with compatible burners. The 100-disc cakebox offers a cost-effective bulk solution that reduces the frequency of repurchasing and keeps discs protected from dust during storage. The discs are suitable for single-session or multisession writing depending on your recorder settings.

Suitable for

• Archiving documents and small data backups
• Creating audio CDs for car stereos and home players
• Distributing small software packages or drivers
• Long-term storage of photos and project files
• Burning mixed data and audio compilations

How to use

Place a MediaRange MR204 CD-R into a compatible CD writer tray or recorder. Use your computer's burning software or the standalone recorder's interface to select the data or audio files to be written. Configure recording options such as write speed and session type; selecting a lower write speed than the maximum can improve compatibility with older players. Start the burn process and wait for completion; once finalised, the disc can be ejected and used in any compatible CD player or drive.

Recommendations

Store unused discs in the included cakebox in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For archival purposes, finalise the disc after burning and avoid handling the recorded surface; hold discs by the edges or the center hole. When creating audio CDs for older players, consider burning at a moderate speed to improve playback reliability.
