CellPack 127126 zsugorcső, 8 m hossz, egyes csomagolás

CellPack 127126 heat-shrink tubing is an 8 m length of shrinkable insulating tube supplied as a single pack. Designed for electrical insulation and mechanical protection, this heat-shrink tubing forms a tight, protective sleeve over wires and cable joints when heated. It is intended for use in electronics, automotive and light industrial applications where reliable insulation, strain relief and conductor bundling are required. A standard spool may include sections which have been tied together.

Advantages

The tubing provides consistent shrink performance to create a sealed, protective cover over conductors and connections. It offers electrical insulation and basic mechanical protection against abrasion and moisture ingress when properly applied. The single-pack format and 8 m length make it convenient for repairs, small installations and splicing tasks. Material flexibility allows use on a range of wire diameters within the tube's shrink ratio.

How to use

Cut the required length from the tubing, slide it over the cable or joint to be insulated and position it to fully cover the exposed section. Apply heat evenly using a heat gun, hot-air tool or controlled flame source, maintaining a safe distance and moving the heat source to avoid overheating. Heat until the tubing contracts uniformly and conforms to the underlying conductors or splice; allow to cool to form a stable insulating sleeve. If the spool sections are tied, untie or cut the ties before use.

Recommendations

Use a calibrated heat source at the manufacturer-recommended temperature range for best shrink results. Inspect the fitted tubing for complete adhesion to the substrate and for any signs of overheating. For electrical safety, select a tube size that provides proper coverage and intended insulation properties for the application.
