Cimco 142062 kábelhúzó és behúzó szerszám

The Cable Puller-Feeder Cimco 142062 is a purpose-built tool for guiding and installing cables through conduits, walls and confined spaces. It consists of a flexible yet sturdy rod with a diameter of 1.2 mm and a length of 25 m, finished in a black and red color scheme for improved visibility during handling. The design balances flexibility to navigate bends with sufficient stiffness to push and pull cables, supporting efficient cable routing for a range of electrical and data installations.

Advantages

The rod’s 1.2 mm diameter combined with 25 m length offers a practical reach for residential and light commercial runs while remaining compact for storage. Durable construction minimizes breakage and deformation during use, and the contrasting black and red finish makes the feeder easier to see in low-light or crowded cable routes. The tool’s flexibility allows it to pass through bends and tight spaces while maintaining control when pulling or feeding cable.

Suitable for

• Routing single-conductor and multi-conductor cables through conduits and trunking
• Installing network and telecom cables in residential and small office environments
• Electrical retrofit and renovation tasks where existing channels must be used
• DIY home wiring projects requiring a compact, long-reaching cable feeder

Key specifications

• Rod diameter: 1.2 mm
• Rod length: 25 m
• Color: black and red
• Flexibility: engineered to negotiate bends while providing push/pull control
• Construction: robust material designed to resist deformation during use

How to use

Insert the rod into the conduit or channel and feed it forward until it reaches the target outlet or pull point. Attach the cable securely to the rod’s end using an appropriate connector, tape or attachment method, ensuring the joint is smooth to pass through bends. Apply steady, controlled tension while pulling the rod back through the route, or push the rod forward while guiding the cable, taking care to avoid sharp bends and excessive force that could damage the cable or the rod. After installation, inspect the rod for any wear before coiling it for storage.

Recommendations

Use the feeder with cables within the recommended diameter range for smooth passage; avoid forcing oversized cables through tight bends. Wear gloves to improve grip and protect hands from abrasion. For long or complex pulls, have an assistant guide the cable at the destination to reduce friction and prevent snags. Store the rod coiled and protected from direct sunlight and chemicals to prolong service life.
