Cimco 207476 egyedi lyukfűrész

The Cimco 207476 hole saw is a single-piece cutting tool with a 7.5 cm diameter designed for creating precise circular holes in a range of construction and workshop materials. Intended for use with compatible drill arbors, this hole saw offers a balance of cutting performance and durability for routine and professional drilling operations. Its geometry and material selection enable cutting through cast iron, copper, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, steel and wood when used with appropriate speeds and cooling.

Advantages

The hole saw provides a stable, concentric cut with reduced wobble thanks to its single-piece construction. It is engineered to maintain cutting edges under moderate loads and to resist deformation during repetitive use. The 7.5 cm diameter is suitable for many common hole sizes, and the tool’s compatibility with a variety of metals and wood reduces the need for multiple specialty saws. The design facilitates chip evacuation and improves cutting efficiency when combined with correct drilling technique.

How to use

Secure the hole saw to a compatible arbor and tighten according to the arbor manufacturer’s instructions. Mark the hole position on the workpiece and, if possible, start with a pilot hole or center punch to prevent walking. Select drill speed appropriate to the material: lower speeds for harder metals, higher speeds for wood and soft metals. Apply steady, even pressure and allow the tool to cut without forcing; lift periodically to clear chips and, for metals, use cutting fluid or coolant to reduce heat buildup. After finishing the cut, remove burrs and inspect the hole for accuracy.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves) and clamp the workpiece securely. Match drill speed and feed pressure to the material being cut, and use cutting fluid on ferrous and stainless steels to extend tool life. Replace the arbor or pilot bit if worn to maintain concentricity and hole quality.
