Cimco 208752 tisztítótárcsa

The Cimco 208752 cleaning disc is designed for use with angle grinders to remove dirt, mortar, paint residues and surface contamination from masonry and mineral substrates. With a flat centre and abrasive surface, the disc works on brick, concrete, hard concrete, light concrete, natural stone and ceramic tile surfaces. Supplied as a single disc per pack, it is suitable for occasional repair work and targeted restoration tasks where controlled material removal is required.

Advantages

This cleaning disc offers a robust abrasive surface engineered for efficient cleaning of mineral substrates while maintaining a flat centre for stable attachment to standard angle grinders. The disc’s design allows for consistent contact with uneven masonry and stone, reducing chatter and enabling more even material removal. Its single-disc packaging provides a practical option for small jobs or when a replacement disc is needed quickly.

How to use

Mount the cleaning disc securely on a compatible angle grinder, following the grinder manufacturer’s instructions for wheel installation and safety guards. Operate the grinder at the recommended speed for the disc and apply moderate, even pressure while moving the disc across the surface to avoid excessive material removal or uneven wear. Work in controlled passes, check progress frequently, and allow the disc to cool if it becomes hot during extended use. Always disconnect power before mounting or changing the disc.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment: safety goggles, dust mask or respirator, hearing protection and gloves. Ensure adequate dust extraction or work outdoors to minimize airborne dust. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first to assess the disc’s aggressiveness on the specific substrate and adjust technique accordingly.
