Csavarhúzó Wiha 302ESD egyedi

The Wiha 302ESD Single screwdriver is designed for precision work in electrostatically sensitive environments. Measuring 179 mm in length and weighing 29 g, it offers a lightweight and balanced tool for delicate electronics tasks. The blade is made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, through hardened and chrome-plated, with a Wiha ChromTop® finish on the tip to ensure an accurate fit with fasteners. The ergonomic SoftFinish® multi-component handle includes roll-off protection and a surface resistance rated between 10^6 and 10^9 ohms, making it suitable for controlled ESD handling.

Advantages

The chrome-vanadium-molybdenum blade with ChromTop® tip provides durable wear resistance and precise engagement with screw heads. The through-hardened, chrome-plated finish improves corrosion resistance and service life. The ergonomic SoftFinish® handle ensures comfortable grip and control during fine work, while the integrated roll-off protection prevents the tool from rolling off work surfaces. The defined surface resistance supports safe use on electrostatically sensitive components.

How to use

Select the correct screwdriver tip size for the fastener and position the tip squarely in the screw head. Apply steady, controlled torque while maintaining a comfortable grip on the SoftFinish® handle. Use short, precise rotations for small fasteners to avoid slipping or damage. When working in ESD-controlled areas, follow established grounding and handling procedures and keep the screwdriver in contact with grounded surfaces as required by your site's ESD protocol.

Recommendations

Store the screwdriver in an ESD-safe tool tray or pouch when not in use. Periodically inspect the tip for wear and the handle for damage. Do not use the tool on live electrical circuits; use appropriate insulated tools if work on energized equipment is required.
