Csavarhúzó Wiha 362ESD egyedi

The Wiha 362ESD Single screwdriver is a precision tool designed for work on electrostatically sensitive components. With a total length of 191 mm and a weight of 55 g, it combines a hardened chrome-vanadium-molybdenum blade with a chrome-plated finish and a Wiha ChromTop® tip for accurate fit and reduced wear. The screwdriver includes an ergonomic multi-component SoftFinish® handle with roll-off protection and defined surface resistance for ESD safety.

Advantages

The blade is made of through-hardened chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel with a chrome-plated surface and a ChromTop® tip to ensure precise engagement and long service life. The SoftFinish® multi-component handle provides ergonomic grip and roll-off protection while maintaining a controlled surface resistance (10^6 - 10^9 ohms) suitable for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. Compact dimensions and low weight make the tool easy to handle during delicate tasks.

How to use

Select the correct screwdriver tip for the screw head and place the tip squarely into the screw recess. Apply steady, controlled pressure while turning the handle to tighten or loosen screws. For ESD-sensitive work, ensure you are grounded and follow standard ESD handling procedures; the tool’s surface resistance helps to dissipate static but does not replace proper grounding.

Recommendations

Use the Wiha 362ESD Single in conjunction with appropriate ESD workplace controls such as grounding straps, ESD mats and ESD-safe containers. Regularly inspect the tip for wear and replace the tool if the ChromTop® finish is damaged or the tip no longer engages screws precisely.
