DEDRA DED7622 fúrógép

The Dedra DED7622 concrete drill is a straight, wet drilling machine designed for non-hammered drilling with diamond core bits. It is intended for creating holes in masonry, concrete, reinforced concrete and natural stone using diamond crowns with diameters from 80 to 205 mm mounted on a 1 ¼" threaded shank. The unit includes a single-gear gearbox tuned to the optimal rotational speed for diamond cores, an integrated water dosing system for efficient cooling of the crowns and reduced dust, and is suitable for use on a drill stand that must be anchored to the floor before operation. The drill has a maximum no-load speed of 700 RPM, rated input power 2500 W and operates from 230 V AC.

Advantages

The DED7622 provides steady, non-hammered rotational drilling optimized for diamond core bits and supports a wide range of crown diameters (80–205 mm). Its single-gear gearbox delivers a stable speed suitable for core drilling, while the integrated water dosing system cools the crowns and limits dust during wet drilling. The 1 ¼" threaded shank ensures secure mounting of diamond crowns, and compatibility with a properly anchored drill stand improves accuracy and safety for deep or heavy-duty concrete drilling.

How to use

Mount the DED7622 securely on a dedicated drill stand that has been anchored to the floor. Fit an appropriate diamond crown (80–205 mm) onto the 1 ¼" threaded shank and verify it is tightened to the manufacturer’s torque recommendations. Connect the water supply to the integrated dosing system and set a steady water flow to cool the crown during drilling. Start the drill and use steady, controlled pressure while maintaining the rotational speed; avoid hammer mode as the machine is designed for non-hammered core drilling. After finishing each hole, stop the rotation before removing the crown and allow the assembly to cool.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, hearing protection, gloves) and ensure the work area is clear of bystanders. Confirm the drill stand is firmly anchored and the water dosing is adjusted to provide continuous cooling without excessive runoff. Do not use hammer drilling; employ only diamond core bits within the specified diameter range and follow local electrical safety rules for 230 V AC equipment.
