DeLOCK 19996 hőre zsugorodó cső

The DeLOCK 19996 heat shrink tube is made from polyolefin and designed to insulate and protect cables, wires and electrical lines. When heated, the sleeve contracts to form a tight covering around the conductor, while the inner adhesive bonds to the cable surface to seal against moisture and dust. The product comes in a practical dispenser box that keeps the tubing clean, allows easy unrolling and enables individual cutting for precise length.

Advantages

The polyolefin construction provides reliable electrical insulation and mechanical protection. The inner adhesive ensures a secure, moisture-resistant seal after shrinking. The black color gives a neat, professional appearance, and the dispenser box facilitates transport, storage and single-handed dispensing.

Suitable for

• Repairing and insulating wire joints
• Cable harness protection in workshops and industrial environments
• Sealing connections against moisture and dust
• Colour-coded or neat cable routing and finishing

How to use

Slide an appropriately sized section of heat shrink tube over the cable or joint before making the electrical connection. After completing the connection, position the tube centrally over the area to be insulated and apply heat evenly (for example with a heat gun) until the sleeve contracts and the inner adhesive flows to form a seal. Allow the tubing to cool and verify the adhesive bond and mechanical fit.

Recommendations

Use a suitable heat source such as a controlled heat gun and maintain even motion to avoid overheating. Select a tube diameter that provides the correct shrink ratio for the cable or joint to ensure a tight, reliable seal.
