DeLOCK 86349 Keystone-modul

The DeLOCK 86349 keystone module provides a compact interface to connect twisted pair cable to an RJ45 female port. Designed with standardised dimensions for snap-in mounting, the module fits keystone patch panels, face plates and surface-mount boxes. It features a green housing and both an RJ-45 jack and LSA punch-down contacts for structured network cabling.

Advantages

The module's standard keystone form factor ensures compatibility with common mounting frames and panels. Its integrated RJ-45 connector and LSA termination enable a clean transition between permanent cabling and modular network ports. Small dimensions (24.5 mm × 41 mm × 18.1 mm) simplify installation in dense patching environments.

Suitable for

• Structured Ethernet installations in offices and data closets
• Keystone patch panels and wall face plates
• Surface-mount boxes and small distribution panels
• Projects requiring LSA/110 punch-down terminations

How to use

Terminate the twisted pair cable onto the LSA punch-down contacts following the correct wiring scheme (T568A or T568B). Once the cable is punched down, insert the keystone module into the compatible keystone opening until it snaps into place. Plug standard RJ-45 patch cords into the front jack to connect network devices.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use appropriate punch-down tools and verify wiring continuity with a network cable tester after installation. Select the same wiring standard (T568A or T568B) on both ends of the link and avoid excessive cable bending near the termination point.
