How to use

Before use, select an appropriate pad and polishing compound for the paint condition. Secure the pad to the backing plate according to the manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the working surface is clean and free of debris. Start the polisher at low speed to confirm pad attachment and surface response, then increase speed as required for the chosen operation. Work methodically across panel sections with overlapping passes, maintaining consistent pressure and keeping the tool moving to avoid overheating or creating swirl marks. After polishing, remove residue with a microfiber cloth and inspect the surface.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment such as eye protection and gloves. Test polish and pad combinations on a small inconspicuous area first. Keep the polisher and pads clean, and follow maintenance guidance from the manufacturer to ensure reliable performance and long tool life.
