DeWALT DWE4257KT-QS sarokcsiszoló

The DeWALT DWE4257KT-QS angle grinder is a compact, corded power tool designed for a range of metalworking and masonry grinding tasks. Fitted with a 125 mm grinding disc and a 1500 W motor, the unit delivers high cutting and grinding performance while remaining relatively light at 2.6 kg. The tool features a wide no-load speed range from 2,800 to 10,000 RPM to match different disc types and operating requirements. Its compact housing and ergonomic design support one- and two-handed operation on construction sites, workshops, and maintenance jobs.

Advantages

The grinder’s 1500 W motor provides consistent power for demanding grinding and cutting applications, while the variable speed range improves control across materials. At 2.6 kg the tool balances power and portability for extended use. The 125 mm disc size allows access to tighter spaces and is compatible with commonly available accessories. The corded AC operation ensures continuous runtime without battery changes, and the compact body enhances maneuverability in confined areas.

Suitable for

• Cutting and grinding steel, rebar and metal sheets
• Removing rust, paint and weld spatter
• Masonry surface preparation and tuckpointing
• Sharpening and deburring metal components
• On-site renovation and maintenance work

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 125 mm
• Power input: 1500 W
• No-load speed: 2,800–10,000 RPM
• Weight: 2.6 kg
• Power supply: AC mains

How to use

Before use, fit an appropriate 125 mm disc rated for the intended task and ensure the guard and side handle are correctly mounted. Connect the grinder to a properly grounded AC outlet and set the no-load speed to match the disc and material. Hold the tool firmly with both hands when cutting or grinding, keeping the guard between the user and the disc. Apply steady, controlled pressure and allow the motor to do the work; avoid forcing the disc into the material. After finishing, switch off the tool and allow the disc to stop completely before setting the grinder down or changing accessories.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety goggles, hearing protection, gloves and a dust mask. Select discs specifically designed for the material and speed range. Allow periodic cooling breaks during heavy use and inspect discs for damage before each use. For wet environments or cutting that generates conductive dust, follow relevant safety and grounding procedures.
