Digitus DK-127008 SAS-kábel

The DIGITUS SAS Cable DK-127008 is a mini SAS 36-pin high-speed interconnect designed for reliable connection between SAS host controllers and storage devices. The cable features mini SAS connectors on both ends and a two-tone black and red jacket that provides clear visual identification in server racks and storage arrays. It is engineered to support the data integrity and signal stability required by multi-drive storage environments.

Advantages

This mini SAS cable provides a stable signal path with shielding and connector retention designed to reduce interference and maintain consistent transfer rates. The compact mini SAS 36-pin form factor allows for dense cabling in space-constrained installations while maintaining reliable mechanical engagement. The construction and connector plating are selected to withstand repeated insertions and typical data center handling.

Key specifications

• Connector type: mini SAS 36-pin on both ends
• Cable colors: black and red jacket for visual identification
• Designed for Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interfaces
• Construction features shielding and secure connector latches
• Suitable for multi-lane SAS data rates typical for 3.0/2.0 environments (dependent on system capabilities)

How to use

Plug each mini SAS 36-pin connector firmly into the corresponding SAS port on the host controller and the target storage device, ensuring the connector latch engages. Route the cable to avoid excessive bending or tension, and secure it in the rack to prevent strain on the connectors. Verify device detection in the host system and perform any required RAID or disk configuration through your storage management software.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the DIGITUS SAS cable in environments matching your controller and drive speed capabilities, avoid sharp bends near the connector ends, and periodically inspect connectors for debris or damage. When installing in dense arrays, label both ends for easier service and maintain proper airflow around cabling.
