DSIT UTP CAT6a 0,25 m piros 100% réz patch kábel (DC-U6A5-002)

For short-range 10 Gigabit links where signal integrity and conductor purity are non-negotiable, this DSIT CAT6a patch cable stands apart from cheaper copper-clad aluminium (CCA) alternatives. The 0.25 m length keeps rack and desk connections tidy, while the 100% solid copper conductors and AWG23 gauge deliver the full 500 MHz bandwidth needed for 10GBASE-T without dropouts or excessive heat. The red PVC jacket is easy to trace in dense patch fields and remains flexible enough for tight bends behind equipment.

Highlights

• True CAT6a performance: 500 MHz, 10 Gbps up to 100 m (this 0.25 m length exceeds that margin)
• 100% solid bare copper conductors, AWG23 — no CCA, no signal loss over time
• Unshielded twisted pair (UTP) construction with four pairs, compliant with TIA/EIA-568-C.2 and ISO/IEC 11801
• CM-rated PVC jacket for indoor use, flame retardant and durable
• Short 0.25 m length reduces clutter and improves airflow in high-density racks

In daily use

Because the cable is only 25 cm long, it is ideal for patching between adjacent ports on a switch, connecting a patch panel to a switch in the same rack, or linking a media converter to a router. The solid copper conductors maintain consistent impedance and low resistance, which matters when running Power over Ethernet (PoE) or high-speed data. The red colour makes it easy to identify specific VLANs, uplinks, or critical connections at a glance. The PVC jacket resists scuffs and kinks, and the cable retains its shape after repeated re-patching.
