EFB Elektronik EB537V2 keystone modul

The EFB Elektronik EB537V2 is a flat keystone module in black color equipped with a USB A connector on both sides, designed to fit into keystone-compatible panels, wall plates and patch panels. It provides a compact, low-profile way to add USB A pass-through ports to custom installations, enabling straightforward connection of USB devices while maintaining a clean, modular look. Each pack contains one unit, suitable for single-port installations or wiring projects where space-saving, standardized mounting is required.

Advantages

This keystone module offers a slim, standardized form factor that simplifies installation into industry-standard keystone openings. The USB A-to-A pass-through ensures compatibility with a wide range of peripherals and cables while keeping connections accessible and tidy. The black finish reduces visual contrast in darker panels and provides a consistent appearance when mixed with other black modules.

Suitable for

• Addition of USB A ports to wall plates and patch panels
• Home media cabinets and office desk connectivity panels
• AV installations and conference room setups
• Customized enclosures and modular keystone systems

Key specifications

How to use

Insert the module into a compatible keystone opening in a wall plate, faceplate or patch panel until it snaps into place. Ensure the surrounding plate or panel is secured according to its installation instructions and that cables are routed to avoid strain on the module.

Recommendations

Use standard USB A cables and avoid forcing oversized connectors into the port. Verify that the keystone opening matches industry-standard dimensions before installation. For permanent or high-current applications, check device power requirements and cable ratings to ensure safe operation.
