How to use

Sit and adjust the seat height so your feet rest flat on the floor and knees are at approximately 90 degrees. Use the 4D armrests to position forearms comfortably relative to your desk or controller. Set the headrest height to support the base of your skull and fine-tune the lumbar support for lower back comfort. Recline using the synchro-tilt mechanism and lock the tilt or adjust tension to suit your preferred resistance. Adjust seat depth to ensure proper thigh support without pressure behind the knees.

Recommendations

For best results, periodically check and tighten fasteners, clean fabric or mesh according to manufacturer care instructions, and use the shock-absorbing casters on appropriate floor surfaces to minimize wear.
