Gedore 6370680 imbuszkulcs

The Gedore 6370680 hex key is crafted from vanadium steel (59CrV4) with a chrome-plated finish, providing a compact, durable tool for precision tightening and loosening of hex fasteners. Weighing approximately 53 g, this hex key is lightweight and easy to handle, suitable for mechanics and assembly work where reliable torque and a compact form factor are required.

Advantages

Made from high-strength vanadium steel, the hex key delivers good torque transmission and resistance to wear. The chrome plating protects against corrosion and simplifies cleaning. Its compact size and low weight make it convenient to carry and store, while manufacturing to Gedore standards ensures consistent dimensions and fit with hex fasteners.

How to use

Select the correct size hex key for the fastener, insert the short or long end into the hex socket as required, and apply steady torque to tighten or loosen the fastener. Use the longer arm for greater leverage and the shorter arm for confined spaces. Inspect the tool and fastener before use to ensure proper seating and avoid rounding the fastener head.

Recommendations

Store the hex key in a dry place to preserve the chrome finish and prevent corrosion. Do not use the tool as a lever for prying or hammering; use appropriate tools for tasks that exceed the key’s intended torque to avoid damage.
