How to use

Before use, ensure the disc is suitable for the material and correctly mounted on the M14 spindle. Connect the tool to a suitable power supply and confirm the safety lock is engaged while positioning. Select an appropriate handle position for the task to maintain stable control. Start the grinder and allow it to reach full speed before contacting the workpiece. Use steady, light pressure — avoid forcing the tool — and move the disc smoothly across the surface. After finishing, switch off the tool and wait for the disc to stop completely before setting the grinder down or changing accessories.

Recommendations

For safe operation, always wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection and gloves. Use discs rated for 125 mm diameter and 22.2 mm bore. Allow the tool to cool under heavy load and inspect vents regularly to prevent clogging. Follow local regulations and safety standards when performing cutting or grinding tasks.
