Graphite 59G261 gipszkarton csiszoló

The Graphite 59G261 drywall sander is engineered for efficient sanding of plasterboard and drywall surfaces. It combines a powerful motor with adjustable speed control and an integrated dust extraction system to reduce airborne particles and maintain a cleaner work environment. The tool’s ergonomic shape and lightweight construction are intended to improve handling and reduce fatigue during extended tasks on walls and ceilings.

Advantages

The sander delivers consistent sanding performance across flat and curved surfaces thanks to its variable speed settings and stable motor output. An onboard dust extraction interface minimises cleanup time and helps preserve indoor air quality. Its ergonomic handle and balanced weight distribution aid manoeuvrability when working at different heights, and the compact footprint makes storage and transport straightforward.

Suitable for

• Sanding plasterboard joints and repair patches on interior walls
• Smoothing ceilings and hard-to-reach vertical surfaces
• Preparation of surfaces before painting or wallpapering
• Renovation and finishing work in residential and commercial interiors

Key specifications

• Tool type: drywall/plasterboard sander
• Motor: high-power motor with variable speed control
• Speed control: adjustable RPM range for material-specific sanding
• Dust management: integrated dust extraction port compatible with workshop vacuums
• Design: ergonomic handle and lightweight body for reduced operator fatigue
• Application: suitable for walls and ceilings, including corners and recessed areas

How to use

Attach an appropriate abrasive disc and connect the dust extraction hose to a compatible vacuum source before starting. Adjust the speed setting according to the material and the amount of stock to be removed — lower speeds for fine finishing, higher speeds for faster material removal. Hold the sander with a relaxed grip and move it evenly across the surface with overlapping passes to avoid gouging. Regularly check and replace worn abrasive discs and empty or service the dust collection system as needed.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as a dust mask, safety glasses and hearing protection when operating the sander. For best results, pair the tool with a properly rated extraction vacuum and select abrasive grits appropriate to the stage of work: coarse for initial smoothing, medium for flattening, and fine for final finishing.
