Gyűrűs mappa A4 HERMA 7164

The Herma Ring binder A4 HERMA 7164 is a D-ring binder designed to store and organize A4 documents. It provides a practical solution for keeping reports, presentations and important papers in order while allowing easy page turning and secure retention. The binder is manufactured from durable materials to withstand frequent handling and to maintain a neat appearance over time.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism ensures even distribution of pages and reduces wear on punched holes compared with standard round rings. The binder's construction offers a firm spine for upright storage and stable stacking on shelves. Materials used in the cover and spine resist everyday scuffs and maintain shape, while the closure and rings operate smoothly for reliable everyday use.

Suitable for

• Organizing A4 reports and project documentation
• Presentations and training materials
• Archiving invoices, contracts and reference papers
• Home office and study documents

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for even page distribution
• Capacity: designed to hold multiple sheets (capacity varies with paper thickness)
• Cover: rigid cover for stable storage and handling
• Suitability: for desktop, shelf and archive use

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism by operating the ring release and insert punched A4 sheets onto the rings. Close the mechanism until it locks to secure the documents. For best results, align punched holes before closing and avoid overfilling beyond the binder's comfortable capacity. Place the binder upright on a shelf or in a filing cabinet to maintain document order and protect contents from bending.

Recommendations

Use standard A4 paper with appropriate hole punches designed for D-ring binders. Distribute thick document sets across several binders if needed to avoid strain on the mechanism. Store the binder in a dry environment and avoid exposure to prolonged direct sunlight to preserve material appearance and durability.
