Herlitz 50044047 gyűrűs mappa A4 többszínű

The Herlitz ring binder A4 (model 50044047) is a durable document folder designed for standard A4 papers. Constructed from polypropylene (PP), this binder offers a lightweight yet sturdy solution for storing, transporting, and organizing loose sheets. The multicolour finish provides a visual aid for sorting by subject or project while maintaining a slim profile suitable for backpacks, briefcases, and office shelves.

Advantages

The polypropylene cover resists tearing and dampness better than conventional cardboard, extending protection for documents. A reliable ring mechanism keeps sheets securely fastened and allows smooth opening and closing for easy insertion or removal of pages. Its multicolour design supports colour-coded filing and quick identification. The binder’s weight and dimensions are optimized for portability without sacrificing stability when standing on a shelf.

Suitable for

• Students organizing class notes and handouts
• Office use for reports, presentations, and archived paperwork
• Home administration documents such as bills and manuals
• Project files where colour-coding improves workflow

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4 paper
• Material: polypropylene (PP) cover
• Closure type: ring mechanism for punched sheets
• Finish: multicolour exterior
• Pack contents: one binder per pack

How to use

Open the ring mechanism and align punched A4 sheets before closing to secure documents in order. Use dividers or labelled sheets to separate sections inside the binder for clearer organization. For transport, place the binder upright or flat in a bag to avoid excessive bending of inserted pages. Clean the polypropylene cover with a damp cloth and mild detergent if required, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface.

Recommendations

To maintain the ring mechanism and prolong service life, avoid overfilling beyond the rings’ capacity and distribute contents evenly. Use reinforced punched pockets for loose or frequently handled inserts to reduce wear on punched holes.
