HERMA 19328 hagyományos iratrendező

The HERMA 19328 is a conventional file folder made from durable polypropylene (PP), sized to fit A4 documents. It measures 240 mm in width and 320 mm in height and is available in multiple colours. The folder is designed to protect papers from dust, light moisture and creasing while providing a compact solution for sorting, storing and carrying documents. Each pack contains one folder suitable for everyday office, home or school use.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers resistance to tearing and easy cleaning, while the conventional folder format keeps documents flat and accessible. Its A4-compatible dimensions ensure standard sheets fit without folding. The multicolour option facilitates visual organisation and quick retrieval. The folder is lightweight and slim, which makes it practical for stacking in drawers, briefcases or shelves without adding significant bulk.

How to use

Insert A4 documents into the folder by aligning the sheet with the folder opening and sliding it gently to avoid creasing. Use different colour folders to separate topics or clients; label the front or spine with a pen or adhesive label if needed. Store the folder on a shelf, in a drawer, or transport it in a bag. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth for light dirt; avoid exposure to high temperatures that may deform the polypropylene material.

Recommendations

For prolonged protection of important documents, combine the folder with sheet protectors or use archival-quality inserts. Avoid placing heavy objects on stacked folders to maintain flatness of contents.
