HERMA 19359 A4 többfunkciós gyűrűs mappa

The HERMA 19359 A4 Multicolour ring binder is a durable document organiser designed to hold and protect A4-size papers. Constructed from sturdy cardboard with a colourful exterior, the binder measures 260 mm in width and 315 mm in height. It contains a standard ring mechanism that keeps documents secure and aligned, and the single-unit pack provides a simple solution for filing at home, in the office, or at school.

Advantages

The cardboard construction provides a balance of light weight and structural stability, while the multicolour finish makes it easy to identify files by subject or project. The ring mechanism keeps loose sheets fixed and reduces the risk of page loss. Its dimensions allow it to accommodate A4 documents without folding, and the compact thickness makes it suitable for storage on standard shelves and in filing cabinets.

How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert punched A4 documents or punched sheet protectors. Close the rings to secure the contents and label the spine or cover to indicate the binder's contents. Place the binder upright on a shelf or within a cabinet for easy access. For frequent reference, use dividers or plastic pockets to separate sections and keep important pages protected from wear.

Recommendations

Store the binder on its spine or upright in dry indoor conditions to prevent moisture damage. For long-term archiving, use acid-free punched sleeves to protect original documents. To maintain the multicolour finish, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
