How to use

Insert A4 papers into the folder so they lie flat within the sleeve. Close the folder and store it upright in a shelf or inside a bag to prevent bending. For transport, place heavier items beneath the folder to avoid excessive pressure on the documents. Clean the polypropylene surface with a soft, damp cloth if needed.

Recommendations

For long-term archiving, label the folder on the edge or insert a cover sheet to identify contents. Avoid exposure to direct heat sources to prevent warping of the polypropylene.
