HERMA Non-adhesive printer labels (model 5122) are spine insert labels made of high-white, coated special cardboard designed for wide and narrow files with a spine insert or transparent window. Supplied blank, they provide a uniform appearance in the office or at home and are suitable for printing company logos, inscriptions and organizational notes. The material has high opacity and a microperforation for clean separation. Each pack contains 225 labels on 25 A4 sheets (9 labels per sheet). The product is FSC certified.

Advantages

High-white coated cardboard ensures good contrast and excellent printing results on laser printers, copiers, colour laser printers and colour copiers. Microperforation allows easy and clean separation of individual labels. Being non-adhesive and blank, the labels are suitable for insert use and for permanent, uniform labelling of folders and binders. FSC certification confirms that the paper material comes from responsibly managed forests.

How to use

Print the blank labels using a compatible laser printer or copier, selecting the sheet format and label layout that matches 9 labels per A4 sheet. After printing, separate labels along the microperforation and insert them into the spine window of files or binders. For best results, allow toner to fix briefly before handling printed sheets and handle edges along the perforation to avoid tearing.

Recommendations

Use standard laser and colour laser printer settings for coated cardstock and test one sheet first to confirm alignment. Store packs flat in a dry environment to maintain cardboard quality and avoid humidity. For long-term archive use, print with fade-resistant toner or pigment-based inks where possible.
