Hőre zsugorodó cső DeLOCK 19971

The DeLOCK 19971 heat shrink tube is a polyolefin sleeve designed to insulate and protect cables, wires and electrical conduits. When heat is applied the tube contracts to form a tight, protective layer around the cable; an inner adhesive layer bonds to the cable surface to improve environmental and mechanical protection. The tube is black and suitable for installations requiring moisture and abrasion resistance.

Advantages

The polyolefin construction provides reliable electrical insulation and good resistance to moisture and abrasion. The inner adhesive secures the tube to the cable after shrinking to enhance sealing and mechanical stability. The product is supplied in a practical dispenser box that keeps the tubing clean, allows easy unrolling and enables individual cutting to the desired length.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting electrical wires and cable joints
• Repairing damaged cable sheaths
• Strain relief and bundling of cables in workshops or industrial settings
• Applications requiring moisture and abrasion resistance

How to use

Select the appropriate tube diameter and length, slide the heat shrink tube over the cable or joint, then apply uniform heat (for example with a heat gun) until the tube contracts and the inner adhesive flows and bonds. Allow the tubing to cool so the adhesive fully cures and the sleeve forms a secure, sealed covering.

Recommendations

Apply heat evenly and keep the heat source moving to avoid overheating or burning the tubing. Use protective equipment when working with hot tools. Choose a tube diameter that provides sufficient shrink ratio for a snug fit over the intended cable or connector.
