InLine patchkábel SF/UTP Cat.5e sárga 1,5 m

The InLine Patch Cable 72514Y Cat.5e Yellow 1.5m is a 1.5 metre SF/UTP network cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections in home and small office environments. The SF/UTP shielding combines a foil around the twisted pairs with an overall braid, reducing electromagnetic interference and improving signal stability over standard unshielded cables. The bright yellow jacket provides easy visual identification in patch panels, cable trays, and multi-cable installations while maintaining the flexibility needed for short-distance connections.

Advantages

Shielded construction improves resistance to external interference and helps maintain consistent data transfer rates in electrically noisy environments. The Cat.5e specification supports gigabit Ethernet speeds for common network tasks. A 1.5 m length is convenient for patching between nearby equipment without excess cable clutter. The coloured outer jacket simplifies cable management and troubleshooting in racks and wall-mounted setups.

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.5e
• Shielding: SF/UTP (foil around pairs + overall braid)
• Length: 1.5 m
• Conductor and pair configuration: 4 twisted pairs
• Outer jacket colour: Yellow
• Connectors: Standard RJ45 terminated on both ends

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network port of your device and the other plug to a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully seated to establish a stable link. Use the cable for short runs where a visible coloured lead helps identify connections. Avoid sharp bends or kinks near the connector boots and keep the cable away from high-power AC wiring where possible to minimise interference.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat.5e SF/UTP cable in environments where shielding can reduce interference, such as near electrical equipment or in cable-dense installations. Do not exceed recommended bend radius and avoid stretching; replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show visible damage.
