KWB 818918 csiszolólap 5 darab

Sanding Sheet KWB 818918 (5 pcs) are aluminium-oxide coated sanding sheets sized 115 x 230 mm with a phenolic resin bond and strong backing. They feature a hook-and-loop fabric backing and are punched for dust extraction. Intended for orbital sanders with hook-and-loop bases, these sheets are made for sanding wood and metal surfaces and for achieving smooth finishes in DIY and professional sanding tasks.

Advantages

The aluminium oxide abrasive provides effective material removal and long life, while the phenolic resin bond ensures grit durability under heat and pressure. The strong backing adds dimensional stability and tear resistance. Hook-and-loop fabric backing allows quick attachment and replacement on compatible orbital sanders, and the punched design supports dust extraction to keep the work area cleaner and improve sanding efficiency.

How to use

Attach the sanding sheet to the hook-and-loop pad of a compatible orbital sander, aligning the punched holes with the sander’s dust-extraction ports. Select an appropriate grit for the task and start sanding at moderate speed, applying even pressure and moving the sander along the workpiece. Replace the sheet when the abrasive wears down or clogging reduces performance. Follow the sander manufacturer’s safety and operating instructions while sanding.

Recommendations

For best results, use the sheets with a sander that has active dust extraction and choose the grit grade appropriate to the stage of work: coarser grits for material removal and finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Store unused sheets flat and dry to maintain backing integrity.
