Lapos Keystone-modul ShiverPeaks BS08-45003

The ShiverPeaks BS08-45003 keystone module features a flat construction in a silver finish and includes a single RJ-45 connector designed for standard Ethernet cabling. The compact, low-profile housing is intended to fit in modular patch panels, wall plates and surface-mount boxes while maintaining a discreet, professional appearance. The module's straightforward design supports reliable network connections for typical data and voice applications in residential and small business environments.

Advantages

The flat form factor reduces protrusion behind faceplates and in shallow enclosures, enabling installation where space is limited. A silver finish provides a neutral, professional look that integrates with a variety of faceplates and decor. The integrated RJ-45 connector is compliant with common keystone mounting standards, offering simple snap-in installation and secure retention. Designed for consistent connectivity, the module helps maintain signal integrity when used with compatible cabling and connectors.

Suitable for

• Ethernet network outlets in homes and apartments
• Office workstations and small business network points
• Patch panels, wall plates and surface-mount boxes with keystone openings
• Voice over IP (VoIP) phone connections

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45, female
• Form factor: flat / low-profile keystone
• Finish: silver
• Mounting: standard keystone snap-in
• Applications: Ethernet data and voice cabling
• Compatibility: designed for use with standard modular faceplates and patch panels

How to use

Turn off network equipment power if required and prepare the keystone opening in the wall plate or patch panel. Insert the module into the keystone aperture until it snaps into place; ensure the front face is flush with the surrounding plate. Terminate the connected network cable to the RJ-45 connector following the chosen wiring standard (T568A or T568B) and test the connection with a network tester or connected device to confirm signal continuity and correct pairing.

Recommendations

Use the module with appropriately rated category cabling to meet your required network performance. Avoid excessive bending or strain on the cable at the connector, and ensure terminations are performed with correct wiring tools. When installing in shallow enclosures, verify the flat profile provides sufficient clearance for rear cable routing and adjacent components.
