Lexmark 25B2900 papírkazetta

The Lexmark 25B2900 paper tray is an add-on tray for compatible Lexmark printers that increases paper capacity and supports multiple media types and sizes. It accommodates up to 550 sheets and accepts paper weights from 60 to 176 gsm (16 to 47 lb). The tray is designed to handle standard media such as paper, transparencies, card stock and labels, and it also supports several envelope sizes. Paper presence and tray status (tray-present, tray-low and tray-empty) are detectable by the printer.

Advantages

The Lexmark 25B2900 offers reliable paper handling with support for a wide range of paper sizes including A4, A5, A6, Letter, Legal and more. Its 550-sheet capacity reduces the need for frequent refills. The tray accepts various media types—plain paper, transparencies, card stock and labels—as well as multiple envelope sizes, and provides tray sensing for accurate status reporting to the printer.

Suitable for

• Offices that require increased paper capacity for high-volume printing
• Workflows using mixed media types such as labels, card stock or transparencies
• Environments needing support for multiple paper sizes including A4, Letter and Legal

How to use

Slide the Lexmark 25B2900 into the designated slot on a compatible Lexmark printer according to the printer’s hardware instructions. Load paper or other supported media into the tray, adjust the paper guides to fit the selected size, and close the tray. The printer will detect the tray presence and report paper status (tray-present, tray-low, tray-empty) through its control panel or driver. For envelopes and heavier media such as card stock, set the printer’s media type settings in the driver or control panel before printing.

Recommendations

Use paper within the specified weight range (60–176 gsm) and ensure guides are properly set to avoid misfeeds. When switching media types, update the printer’s media settings and perform a test print to confirm correct feed and print quality. Store paper in a dry environment to prevent humidity-related feeding issues.
