Metabo 628832000 hosszabbító rúd

The Metabo 628832000 extension bar is an impact-rated accessory designed to extend the reach of impact sockets into confined or recessed fasteners. Finished in black with a 150 mm overall depth, this extension bar delivers the clearance required for automotive, machinery maintenance, and construction tasks where standard socket reach is insufficient. It is built to work with impact drivers and impact sockets to maintain efficient torque transfer while resisting deformation under heavy use.

Advantages

This extension bar offers a 150 mm length that improves access to hard-to-reach bolts and nuts without compromising the connection between the impact driver and the socket. Constructed for impact use, it provides increased durability and strength compared with non-impact-rated extensions. The black finish helps resist surface wear and simplifies visual identification among tool sets. The straight, compact profile reduces the risk of binding in tight spaces, supporting stable torque delivery.

Suitable for

• Automotive repair and wheel maintenance
• Machine and equipment service in workshops
• Construction fastening in recessed or confined areas
• General maintenance where extended socket reach is required

Key specifications

• Type: impact-rated extension bar for sockets
• Length / depth: 150 mm
• Finish: black surface treatment
• Compatibility: designed for use with impact sockets and impact drivers
• Form factor: straight extension bar for inline torque transfer

How to use

Select an impact socket that matches the fastener size and securely attach it to the extension bar. Insert the square drive of the extension bar into the impact driver or impact wrench until it locks. Position the socket onto the fastener, apply steady pressure, and operate the impact tool according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Inspect the connection and the extension bar periodically for signs of wear or deformation, and replace the accessory if any damage is found to maintain safe operation.

Recommendations

Use only with impact-rated sockets and impact tools; avoid using the extension bar with hand ratchets or non-impact accessories to prevent damage. Keep the extension bar clean and free of debris, and store it in a toolbox or organizer to prevent corrosion and accidental wear.
