Overview

The METZ BTR 1308450288-E is a premium Cat.6A patch cable engineered for short-distance, high-speed connections. With a length of just 0.2 m, it is ideal for patching between adjacent ports on patch panels, switches, and servers. The cable supports 10GBASE-T Ethernet, making it suitable for data centers, enterprise networks, and high-performance workstations. Its stranded copper conductors (AWG 26) provide flexibility and durability, while the S/FTP construction (shielded foiled twisted pair) offers superior protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk.

What stands out

• Cat.6A performance with 500 MHz bandwidth and 10 Gbps data transfer rate
• S/FTP shielding: each pair is foiled and the entire cable is braided for maximum noise immunity
• Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket: emits minimal smoke and toxic fumes in case of fire, meeting IEC 60332-1 flammability standards
• Stranded copper conductors (AWG 26) for flexibility and reliable connections
• RJ45 connectors on both ends, wired to TIA/EIA-568B standard
• Backward compatible with Cat.6, Cat.5e, and Cat.5 networks
• PoE compatible, supporting Power over Ethernet applications
• Compact 0.2 m length reduces cable clutter and improves airflow in racks
• White color for easy identification and a professional appearance
• RoHS compliant for environmental safety
