Load the A4 sheet into the printer according to the manufacturer's feed instructions, ensuring the printable side is oriented correctly. Print at standard print settings for best legibility, allow ink to dry if using inkjet, and separate labels from the backing when ready to apply. Apply labels to clean, dry surfaces for optimal adhesion.

Recommendations

For consistent printing results, test a single sheet first to verify alignment and print settings. Store unused sheets flat in a cool, dry place to preserve adhesive performance. Avoid applying labels to dusty, wet, or highly textured surfaces to maintain adhesion and readability.
