Patchkábel helos LC többmódusú 0,5 m – duplex üvegszálas patchkábel

helos Patch Cable LC Multi-Mode 0.5 m is a duplex fiber optic patch cord with LC connectors intended for short-distance multimode network connections. With a compact 0.5 m length and duplex configuration, this patch cord provides low-loss optical links between rack-mounted equipment, patch panels and switches in data centers, server rooms and telecommunications cabinets. The LC connectors offer a small form factor to save space in dense installations while maintaining stable multimode transmission characteristics.

Advantages

This helos LC multi-mode patch cable combines a duplex design and short 0.5 m length to minimize excess fiber and reduce insertion loss in short interconnect runs. The LC connectors ensure reliable mating with LC ports and high port density in patch panels. The multimode fiber type supports common short-range network standards and is suitable for multimode transceivers typically used in enterprise and telco equipment. The cable construction focuses on consistent optical performance and ease of routing inside racks and cabinets.

Suitable for

• Interconnecting switches, patch panels and transceivers within racks and cabinets
• Short-reach links in data centers and server rooms
• Multimode network segments using LC duplex ports
• Telecom cabinets and network distribution frames requiring compact fiber connections

Key specifications

• Connector type: LC duplex
• Fiber mode: multimode
• Length: 0.5 m
• Cable configuration: duplex (two fibers)
• Typical use: short-distance optical interconnects

How to use

Route the duplex patch cable between LC ports on the source and destination devices, ensuring correct orientation of transmit and receive pairs. Avoid sharp bends and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors. Insert LC connectors into the equipment ports until they click into place; to remove, press the latch and pull straight out. Keep protective dust caps on unused connectors to prevent contamination when not connected.

Recommendations

For best performance, use with compatible multimode transceivers and maintain bend radii above the manufacturer's minimum. Inspect connector end-faces for contamination before mating and clean with appropriate fiber cleaning tools if necessary. Choose the 0.5 m length for tidy routing in dense rack environments and to minimize excess fiber that can increase insertion loss.
