How to use

Connect the hub’s host Type-C connector to a compatible USB-C port on a computer or device. Once connected, downstream Type-C and Type-A ports become available for connecting peripherals. For best performance when transferring large files, use USB 3.2 Gen 1 capable cables and connect devices that support high-speed USB. The hub requires no external power for typical low-power peripherals; higher-power devices may need their own power source or a powered hub solution.

Recommendations

Place the hub on a stable surface near your computer and avoid obstructing ventilation on host devices. Use certified USB cables and directly attach storage devices when performing important backups to ensure consistent transfer speeds. If you plan to connect power-hungry peripherals, consider using a dedicated powered hub or a device with appropriate power delivery.
