PULSAR Switch POE Pulsar S64 hálózati switch 4 port 2 uplink

PULSAR Switch POE Pulsar S64 is a compact unmanaged network switch with four Ethernet ports and two uplink ports that supply both data and power over a single cable to compatible devices. Designed for small offices, retail environments and surveillance systems, this PoE switch simplifies network layout by combining connectivity and power delivery in one unit. Its compact footprint and straightforward plug-and-play operation make it suitable for deployments where reliable PoE power and multiple uplinks are required.

Advantages

The switch provides Power over Ethernet on its access ports, removing the need for separate power supplies for IP cameras, wireless access points and other PoE-capable devices. Its two uplink ports enable connection to a core switch or router to expand network topology while maintaining dedicated PoE endpoints. The device is compact and designed for easy installation in constrained spaces, allowing quick integration into existing local area networks without complex configuration.

Suitable for

• Small office network expansion
• Retail point-of-sale and in-store network devices
• IP surveillance camera systems
• Wireless access point deployments
• Any local network requiring simple PoE power delivery and multiple uplinks

Key specifications

• Port count: 4 Ethernet PoE access ports plus 2 uplink ports
• PoE support: Power delivery over Ethernet on access ports (compliant with standard PoE specifications)
• Form factor: compact desktop/wall-mountable enclosure suitable for small installations
• Operation: unmanaged plug-and-play switching for straightforward deployment
• Connectivity: 10/100/1000 Mbps compatible Ethernet ports for data transmission

How to use

Install the switch on a flat surface or attach it to a wall using appropriate fasteners. Connect the uplink ports to your router or core switch using standard Ethernet cables to integrate the unit into the local network. Attach PoE-capable devices to the PoE access ports; the switch will supply data and power over the same cable once connected. Ensure the total power draw of connected devices does not exceed the switch's available PoE budget and verify device compatibility with the supported PoE standard. No additional configuration is required for basic operation.

Recommendations

Place the switch in a ventilated location away from direct sources of heat and moisture. Use high-quality shielded or unshielded Ethernet cables to preserve signal integrity and power delivery. For longer-term reliability in surveillance or mission-critical setups, monitor the combined PoE load and distribute high-draw devices across multiple PoE power sources if necessary.
