Rittal 5302.025 rack sín

The Rittal 5302.025 rack rail is a durable mounting rail manufactured from galvanized steel with a stainless steel finish, designed for professional server cabinets and equipment racks. Each pack contains four rails that provide stable vertical support and allow mounting of rack-mounted equipment across a useful width with a maximum mounting depth of 120 cm. The construction balances corrosion resistance with mechanical strength to support typical IT, telecommunications, and industrial hardware installations.

Advantages

Galvanized steel construction with a stainless steel finish offers corrosion resistance and a clean appearance while maintaining structural rigidity. The rails are supplied in a set of four to simplify installation of front and rear vertical supports. The specified maximum mounting depth of 120 cm accommodates deep servers, power distribution units, cable management accessories, and other rack-mount components. The design provides reliable support for standard 19-inch rack-mounted equipment and integrates with common cabinet mounting points.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the rails inside the rack or cabinet aligned with the cabinet's mounting holes and secure them using appropriate rack screws and cage nuts compatible with 19-inch racks. Install front and rear pairs to achieve the required mounting depth up to 120 cm, ensuring rails are level and fasteners are tightened to manufacturer-recommended torque values. After securing the rails, mount equipment by sliding into place or using accessory brackets as required, verifying weight distribution and clearance for cables and ventilation.

Recommendations

Verify cabinet compatibility and available depth before installation. Use corrosion-resistant fasteners where needed and follow weight limits of both the rails and the host cabinet. For heavy equipment, use additional support brackets or mounting accessories to distribute load. Inspect rail alignment and secure all fasteners periodically to maintain safe mounting integrity.
