Rittal DK 5501.440 szerelőkeret

The Rittal DK 5501.440 mounting frame is a steel frame intended for reliable mounting and support in industrial and electrical installations. It offers a solid construction with a silver finish and a depth of 575 mm, suitable for mounting equipment and components that require stable support. Each pack contains two frames designed to be used together or separately depending on installation needs, with an individual frame weight that contributes to an overall lightweight handling during assembly.

Advantages

The steel construction provides mechanical strength and long-term durability while the silver surface treatment improves corrosion resistance and simplifies cleaning. A rated maximum load capacity of 80 kg allows the frame to support a variety of components while maintaining structural stability. The 575 mm depth accommodates larger devices and cabling space, and the inclusion of two pieces per pack gives flexibility for multi-point mounting and easier inventory management.

Key specifications

How to use

Select mounting points that match the frame depth and load requirements, ensuring that supporting structures can handle the specified maximum load. Attach the frame using appropriate fasteners and torque settings for steel connections, then mount equipment onto the frame while observing recommended weight distribution. When installing two frames together, align them accurately and secure both frames to maintain parallelism and stability. After installation, verify all connections and clearances for cables and ventilation.

Recommendations

Inspect mounting surfaces for corrosion or damage before installation, use suitable corrosion-resistant fasteners in corrosive environments, and avoid exceeding the rated 80 kg load. For heavy or vibration-prone applications, consider additional reinforcement or professional installation to ensure long-term stability.
