ROLINE 19.40.1063 UPS

The ROLINE 19.40.1063 is a 1.5 kVA online double-conversion uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to protect essential computer systems and servers. It delivers 1350 W output power through four C13 AC outlets, offers an LCD front panel with LED indicators and provides typical backup times of approximately 5 minutes at full load and 9 minutes at half load. The unit supports USB communication and RS-232 monitoring, hot-swappable batteries, selectable online output voltage and extended runtime with optional battery packs.

Advantages

True online double-conversion topology ensures continuous, regulated pure sine-wave output (<3% THD) and full protection against power failure, sags, surges, undervoltage, overvoltage, switch transients, line noise, frequency variation and harmonic distortion. The UPS includes advanced battery management (ABM), automatic battery charging while the UPS is off, automatic diagnostics and battery checks, fan-speed auto control, high-efficiency mode, and user-replaceable hot-swappable batteries. A clear multi-language LCD provides status and remaining battery time.

Suitable for

• Small servers and rack-mounted equipment requiring clean, continuous power
• Workstations and critical desktop systems
• Network devices and communication equipment (with network/fax/modem surge protection)
• Environments where short backup time and graceful shutdown are needed

How to use

Install the UPS on a stable, ventilated surface near the protected equipment and an appropriate mains outlet. Connect critical devices to the four C13 outlets and attach the USB or RS-232 cable to enable monitoring by the supplied software. Configure the output voltage and operating mode via the LCD panel as required. In case of battery replacement, follow the hot-swap procedure described in the user manual to avoid shutdown. For extended runtime, connect compatible external battery packs according to the manufacturer instructions.

Recommendations

Place the UPS in an environment with moderate temperature and low humidity, ensure adequate ventilation around the unit, perform regular battery self-tests and replace batteries when the battery replacement warning appears. Use the UPS management software for graceful shutdown and monitoring on supported operating systems (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux).
