Rutenbeck BasicLine 19 inch bővíthető rackbe szerelhető hegesztődoboz 2280307240

Rutenbeck BasicLine 19" Expandable splice box is a rack-mountable fiber splice enclosure designed for installation in standard 19-inch cabinets and racks. The unit offers a modular internal layout that can be expanded to increase splice capacity while keeping fiber routing orderly and protected. It provides integrated cable entry, routing channels and strain-relief points to support reliable fiber connections in telecom, data center and network distribution environments.

Advantages

The expandable design allows additional splice modules to be added without replacing the entire enclosure, enabling scalable capacity as network demands grow. Internal routing channels and designated strain-relief areas reduce mechanical stress on fiber splices and connectors. Rack-mount compatibility ensures a compact, space-efficient installation in 19-inch cabinets, and the enclosure supports tidy management of patch cords and pigtails to simplify maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key specifications

How to use

Mount the splice box into a 19-inch rack position using the provided mounting points and secure it at the chosen depth. Route incoming and outgoing fiber cables through the designated cable entry points, apply strain-relief, and secure fibers into the internal routing channels. Install splice trays or modules according to the required capacity and perform fusion or mechanical splices inside the trays. Organize pigtails and patch cords on the front routing area to maintain clear access to connectors and minimize bend radii throughout the enclosure.

Recommendations

Plan rack space and expansion requirements before installation to allow for additional splice modules. Use appropriate bend-radius protection and ensure strain-relief is correctly applied to avoid stress on splices. Label fiber runs and document tray positions to simplify future maintenance and capacity upgrades.
