SAS-kábel DeLOCK 85802 0,5 m 32 Gbit/s

The DeLOCK 85802 SAS cable is a 0.5 m internal data cable that supports transfer rates up to 32 Gbit/s. It is equipped with an OCuLink SFF-8611 connector on one end and a U.2 SFF-8639 connector on the other, providing a direct connection between storage devices such as U.2 SSDs and controllers with OCuLink ports. The cable is available in multiple colours and is intended for server and workstation environments where compact, high-speed internal connections are required.

Advantages

The cable provides a compact internal connection between SFF-8611 and SFF-8639 interfaces, enabling 32 Gbit/s data transfer. At 0.5 m length it reduces cabling clutter in racks and chassis while maintaining signal integrity for SAS/U.2 storage devices. Multiple colour options simplify identification of cable runs in dense installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting U.2 (SFF-8639) SSDs to controllers with OCuLink (SFF-8611) ports
• Internal server and workstation storage assemblies
• Environments requiring short, high-speed internal cabling (0.5 m)

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Connector 1: OCuLink SFF-8611
• Connector 2: U.2 SFF-8639
• Maximum data rate: 32 Gbit/s
• Product colours: Black, Green, Red, Yellow

How to use

Power off the system before connecting the cable. Insert the OCuLink SFF-8611 connector into the controller or host port and the U.2 SFF-8639 connector into the U.2 SSD or device, ensuring correct alignment. Secure any retention mechanisms present on the connectors or device bays. After connections are confirmed, power on the system and verify device recognition in firmware or operating system.

Recommendations

Use the 0.5 m cable for internal connections inside servers and workstations to minimise excess cable length. Avoid tight bends near the connectors and route the cable to prevent interference with fans or other moving parts. Confirm compatibility of the host controller and the storage device with SFF-8611/SFF-8639 interfaces and supported data rates.
